Professionalization course advisers at Probiblio
Prepared advisers for their new role in the organisation which became increasingly business-like. Probiblio needs to survive without subsidies. Prepared advisers to handle acquisition meetings, writing offers, establishing themselves as partner in the advisory process with the client and defining responsibilities. Update of skills for experienced coaches at NOA foundation
Experienced coaches were introduced to Nicolette’s vision on coaching as well as using it in practice. During the coaching session, 4 steps were covered along with all of the skills needed for each step.
